Unable able to verify my identity

I am extremly frustrated. I have been trying to get my payment deposited and Wave for some reason is having the hardest time verifying my identity. this is ridiculous. the chat is offline for supposedly training and the support center is a joke. What is the best way for me to get payment and find another company.? Someone please help. I should have went with my first mind and chose to Quickbooks.

    Why wouldn't they have a customer service contact number? They are in this type of business but don't wont to be bothered with customers???

    Looks like an agent has reached out to you directly via email in regards to setting up your account. If you do have any further questions, please reach out directly to the agent as this should be the quickest way to help you get your money.
