Payout, but no payout?

Hi there, I'm new and recently received a payment from my client via MasterCard... the Payout section states that after Wave's cut was taken, the payout was made - however, it's been more than 2 business days and I don't see the payment in my current account. What's happening?

Hi @figgs,
I went to take a look into your payments history and I'm not seeing any payments made on the 26th at all. Are you sure the invoice was paid? The only payment I'm seeing is from the 16th, and that's been accepted and transferred to the bank account linked to your business. It was for Invoice 4752.
Can you give me the invoice number for the payment you haven't received? It'll give me a better idea of where to go next.
