Small Business Bank

I have a small business bank called Small Business Bank and I cannot get Wave to find it or reconcile statements even after I upload .csv files
I would love someone to talk me through this over the phone. Feeling stuck and need to get an invoice out. Im very new to Wave

To me, it sounds like you need a coaching session of some sort. I offer this as a service or you may be able to find others including folks at Wave for a fee.
If you are uploading statements, there is no need to reconcile. The reason you would reconcile is that you are manually entering transactions such as checks. Sometimes checks do not clear the bank that you have written out that month. That is where you would reconcile between the bank balance and what your book balance would be.
To issue an invoice, you just need to go to settings/invoices so that you customize the template that is there. From there set up products/services and customers under the Sales section and you should be good to go.
