Drop down menu function and search box

On my Galaxy Tab S4 using the Chrome browser, the drop-down menus for receipts and other items do not function but the drop down menus for accounts do function. I am not sure what the difference is, but the programming does not function on the receipts (the "down" arrow under the "actions" column). When I hit the arrow, I can see the options but I cannot select them with my finger or my stylus.
Also, on the same system, when I perform a search, the box with the search term drops down and covers the transaction amount of the first transaction. While this does not make the system unusable, it is quite annoying when I am trying to find a transaction by amount and don't want to open the individual transaction entry form.
