We received our first CC payment and now we are being told to send over a service agreement and other information. We don't have a service agreement yet with this client as it is a installation job, and a client that I have known for a long time. The client wants to move quickly on this job, and we need those funds to procure the necessary equipment. If we had known that it would be so difficult to receive payments from the client we would have just gone with a different platform. Very frustrating.

Hi @FrontpointDS . Sometimes our Account Management team requires more information as we work to gain a better understanding of your business and it's processing. I totally understand your frustration here, and I'd advise that you respond directly to the team's email with any concerns you may have so they can follow up with you directly.
