I can't export my financial statements to PDF

every time I try to export my financial statements it requires a user name and password and you write down my registered email and my password but the message appears again and again with no action

    Hi @Eslam5omasy.

    Can you send me a screenshot of what you're trying to do? Wave shouldn't be asking you for a username and password when you try to download one of your reports as a PDF.

    Which report are you trying to download?

    I am having same issue. my reports are not exporting in pdf

    Hi, @msawyers.

    Can you give me more details about exactly what's happening and which report you're trying to download? Have you tried clearing your browser's cache?
