Can I use the direct deposit without using the whole payroll system? We're based in Quebec which is not supported for the payroll module by Wave.

what is the cost of using direct deposit? Is it included in the payroll plan or extra?

There is no additional cost to using DD in Wave payroll! With that being said, if you decide not to use it, the payroll cost does not change as well.

I have been trying to set direct deposit for the last week or so and the page is consistently stuck at "Please wait while we verify your information..."
I cannot move forward and I'd love running a payroll through wave. That's the only missing piece of the puzzle for us at the moment. Our Wave experience has just been amazing expect from this point. What can be done ? support doesn't seem to respond either....
I've entered the wrong tax ID information and it will not allow me to update it for Department of Revenue withholding excetera how do I update this information

This keeps coming up every time I try to click authorize my direct deposit. What do I do?

This keeps coming up every time I try to click authorize my direct deposit and it's trying to verify my identity. Not sure how to get past this step.
I tried to verify my identity now several times.
The first time I was able to upload the front side of my driver's license but as I was loading up the back all of a sudden it kicked me out! Since then I tried it at least a dozen times... I thought waiting till the next day might help... unfortunately no.
I always get the following error message: my.waveapps.com refused to connect.
What can I do?
Is it possible for a funding account to be a PayPal account?
