flexible spending administration

i am a small flex administrator. in a business, employees have money deducted - then sent to me in order to reimburse back to them sometime during the year - when they send in a claim for it. So, i have multiple name that i deposit money into their account - during the year i send some or all of their money back to them as a reimbursement, Is Wave good for me , rather than Quickbooks ( which I hate )

Hi @Brussell , so just to confirm with you. These are considered employees and not customers, yes? Meaning, the money you take and give back to them is being run through Payroll?
@Brussel that is so interesting, are these deductions for some type of internal savings scheme, or benefits scheme? I can immediately think of this being adapted in South Africa for their "Stockvel" schemes they have setup in the communities.
