Changing Mobile #'s for security codes & re-connecting the bank account

I am stuck re-connecting the bank connection after the early January update. It is asking to add the phone numbers to receive the security code. Problem is, both phone numbers are not valid are are with people who are no longer associated with the business. Nobody seems to know who's numbers they are.
That being said, I cannot complete the re-connect process. Any help on how to change the phone numbers would be appreciated.
