Users in Ireland / Europe

Hi all.
I am evaluating Wave for a start-up / small business.
As most users seem to be from USA & Canada, I'd be really interested to hear from European users, particularly from Ireland, about their experiences usin Wave.
Do European banks integrate well ? Is intra EU VAT and Reverse Charge accounted for correctly ?
Also, is there an effective way to raise credit notes - other than a work around. It seems this issue has been raised before and it is astonishing any invoicing / purchase system wouldnt automatically cater for credits.

Hi @Sean_Walsh! Thanks for reaching out in our Community! I thought I'd share some VAT resources for you you can click here to check them out. We currently do not offer automatic Bank Connections outside of North America but you can use one of our uploading methods to get transactional data into your account - Wave Connect or our CSV uploader. What you have seen is correct so far, we do not currently have a credit note feature. Hope this helps
