Invoice Glitch to be Aware Of

WavesApp sent me a notice that my invoice was paid. 1-3 days later, as Waves states, the money was sent to my bank account. I thought all was well, but a week later Waves contacted me to say the card had actually declined, initially even, and that they were transferring that money out of my account. Yikes!
This is/was a total mess. The deposit was actually for a gig and had I known their credit card declined initially I would not have gone through with it as clearly there was a good chance I’d get stiffed or an even worse situation could’ve transpired!
If you’re using this app double check in the actual system to make sure the payment reallllllly did go through and don’t just assume the notices they send to you are 100% accurate. Also, sucks this happened because I’ve been using this program for 4 years with zero issues until this week.
