Since this morning Feb 4, 2020, the Receipts mobile app on iPhone 7 is not connecting. Error message is “Can’t load Receipts. Please try again”.

I have been having the same issue, for an andriod product. Did you get any help?

Hey @Lionsworth & @Rach! I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with our App. As a start, are you able to try some initial troubleshooting steps to see if this will help to resolve the error?

• Log out and back into the app
• Restart your device
• Try removing and then downloading the app again, you can download the app here: https://www.waveapps.com/receipts
