Do we have a provision of creating multi lever accounts under chat of accounts
1) Expenses
------------> (i) Hardware Expenses
------------------------------------------> (a) CPU
------------------------------------------> (b) RAM
------------------------------------------> (c) SMPS
------------------------------------------> (d) Monitor
------------------------------------------> (e) VGA Cable
------------------------------------------> (f) CPU
------------> (ii) Software Expenses
------------------------------------------> (a) Windows 10 License
------------------------------------------> (b) CRM Desktop License
------------------------------------------> (c) Billing Software License
------------------------------------------> (d) Office Software License
------------> (ii) Software Maintenance
------------------------------------------> (a) Hardware Maintenance
------------------------------------------> (b) ERP Maintenance
------------------------------------------> (c) Billing Software Maintenance
------------------------------------------> (d) Office Software Maintenance
Please let me know if this clarifies what is required, if this is available or any workarounds

Unfortunately sub-accounts cannot be created. Your workaround would be:
Software Maintenance-Hardware Maintenance
Software Maintenance-ERP Maintenance
Software Maintenance-Billing Software Maintenance
Software Maintenance-Office Software Maintenance

In this case I will be able to track
1 > Expenses - Complete Details For -> ALL EXPENSES
------------> (i) Hardware Expenses ---> Complete Details For -> HARDWARE EXPENSES
------------> (ii) Software Expenses ---> Complete Details For -> SOFTWARE EXPENSES
------------> (ii) Software Maintenance ---> Complete Details For -> MAINTENANCE EXPENSES
Sub Accounts provide a detailed overviews of accounting and that is my concern...
@virtualworldGlobal It sounds like you are looking for "nested" accounts like you're able to do with QuickBooks. This would be a great feature, but not something you can accomplish with Wave (at least right now).
