Order not invoice

I am a furniture maker and when a client come to make an order with deposit ,it's not an invoice.Any one can help me how can I do it .thanks

We don't have purchase orders at this time unfortunately. We only have estimates which I don't believe are the same as what you're looking for.

Thank you for your help.hope in the future it will be added.it will be needed for service industry were there will be deposit on account for works. Thanks again is a super software that helps me a lot. I spread the word.
