Are there Keyboard Shortcuts in Web App?

I can't find anything in the docs about shortcuts.

I'd like things like "Esc" to close "Add New Account" dialog on the Chart of Accounts page. Also, Return/Enter (or Cmd/Ctrl + S) on forms to add/save changes to an item.

And then around and about the various pages it would be nice to have more keyboard control, though I haven't had a chance to try much yet I haven't found any helpful documentation.

Anyone know where to look? Or do these not exist? And if they don't is there a feature request already to add some?
