cant login

i tried to contact support with to no avail but i tried everything including google search resetting password don't work either as i am yet to get the reset email i just cant login to my account and honestly i am now frustrated any help please thanks.

I took a look into our files, and there's no account on Wave attached to the email account you use for this forum. Could you have created your account using a different email?
