auto reply from Customer

I have a customer that sends back an auto reply when they receive my invoice that says they got my invoice. Since it is an auto reply back to the @waveapp.com address ....what happens to it. How would I see the reply?

Hi @SherryLJones! I'm afraid that the emails that are sent to your customer are a no reply email that is not monitored and for that reason, you would not have access to seeing those replies. There is a note in the email that asks your customer to email you directly as opposed to replying to the email. I know it's not the answer that you were hoping to hear, however, I hope that I was able to be clear about the answer nonetheless.
I only discovered that no email response from the customer is seen.
I do not see any note in the invoice or estimate informing the customer to reply directly.
This is serious business comms flaw!
