Issuing invoices after receipt of payment

Hi,
Absolutely brand-spanking new to Wave and not yet used it for invoicing, so still got much to explore. Just wondering if it is possible to issue invoices after you've received payment? I receive a small but regular sum each month for video lessons. This means I am paid per every minute watched by my students and therefore do not know how much I will receive until the payment has been deposited in my account. Can I write an invoice in Wave in this scenario and mark it manually as paid immediately?

Hey @Smithy you could definitely create the invoice after you have actually received the payment from your customer. The one thing to note is that if you are using Wave Payments to receive these payments, you would an invoice to be created first in order for them to make the payment online.
