Verification Email Not Received

Good day,
I have tried to add my new email address for weeks now and do not receive the verification email to verify my new email. I cannot send receips or statements as a result because my old email address is on it and not in use anymore. Please help! Piekfijn Ontwerp & Handgemaak

    Hey @Marisa_1! From what I'm seeing in our mailing server here, it looks like there may have been a flag that went off on your mailer's end that marked Wave's emails as spam. I've gone ahead and reactivated it now, so that should be working fine! I'd recommend adding waveapps.com to your mailing whitelist, so that this does not occur again in the future :)
