Saved Card not available to customer on next invoice

I created a test invoice, paid it with a credit card AND saved my card information for future invoices. I can verify under the customer account that the card has been saved. However, on the second invoice to this customer, it's requiring them to enter their card information again, and not giving them an option to pay with a saved card. What am I missing?

    When a customer saves their info, it's to allow you the business owner to charge their credit card again. They will still need to enter their card details in manually on their end. However once the customer allows their info to be stored in your business account you can follow these steps to simply charge their credit card.
