Link to pay invoice online broken

It's not doing it on all of them but a particular customers link to pay online was redirecting through the following server: https://click.pstmrk.noclick_it/2sm/link.waveapps.com...

that server just times out so the invoice cannot be paid. Which makes since because I don't think that noclick_it is a valid TLD.

Anyone else having these issues?

    Hey @mattyakel!

    Since this question has to do with payments and a specific customer, I think it would be best to discuss over a support ticket (as we'd like to avoid posting any personal or financial data on a public forum). As a result, would you mind opening up a support ticket with this same question?

    Feel free to include a reference/link to this thread for context too!

    Well how do I go about doing that? If I click on help from my main dashboard it just brings up the chat bot.

    Hey @mattyakel , asking the chatbot to submit a ticket will bring you to our ticket submission form!
