Wave 2 day Credit Card Payout Not Here

I have a payout that was supposed to come to my bank account today (client paid Wednesday) but it isnt in there yet! It usually comes in the morning. When speaking with one of Waves reps online via chat, they claim that the bank should post It later today and it's basically the bank fault that i dont have it yet.
When calling the bank, they claim they do not see anything incoming and that its waves fault as to why I do not have my payout yet. What's taking so long with my payout?

Hey @Bri626!
I've just had a look at your account and it looks like the payout was posted. If that isn't the case however, I'd recommend either hopping back onto chat or submitting a ticket. The reason for this is that it allows us to take a look at/access your account much more seamlessly. In addition, a lot of the information in regards to bank deposits, payments, etc. is quite sensitive and it would be best to discuss in private, rather than on in public!
