Deletion of entered data

I am from Pakistan, a country bordering with India & china.
I have been using waveapps. I have a complaint. The transaction entered data entered in waveapps was from 2008 to 2019. But now its not available whenever I tried to generate report. my user ID is luqmankamil@gmail.com

Hey there @Kamil
Wave does not delete transactional data from an account. What are you seeing in your Wave account? A lot of times some users can accidentally create a new account and import their transactions there. Let me know the name of your business as it shows up in Wave.
