Missing Sales Tax

Hi Team,
When I use a Sales Tax which is not recoverable it doesn't show up in account transactions or reporting.
Please advise.
Sales Tax setting - not recoverable 
Sales Tax is recorded
Sales Tax is not seen in account transactions.
Sales Tax is not seen in reporting.
