Our foreman gets paid a salary, and we pay out weekly. How do I make sure he is getting the correct amount weekly when it gives me the option for hourly or annually?

If you enter in the annual salary, it will update your according to the tax info you've entered and should pay out to your employee according to what your payroll frequency is (in your case weekly).
