So how can we go back and change/correct that which was already approved payroll for April 1-15 that has already been submitted? I'm salary and in the time sheet I used up my vacation pay to cover my own pay (I've been home schooling my child since schools closed here in Texas, which are not opening for the remainder of the year)

I would appreciate an answer to that question as well.

@atexaspi @ginny @Lawrence thanks for reaching out about this! We want to make sure everything on your account is correct when applying the leave. Because this is dependent on your account and any actions you may have taken, it would be best for you to send us an email so that we can get one of our Payroll Specialists to work on this ticket with you. If you've sent one already and haven't received a response, let me know so I can look into this more.

Is wave capping the sick leave credit based on a 80 hour time frame versus the actual hours taken. For two employees I entered hours where the total is much less than 80, but I am not longer able to enter additional hours outside of the two week time frame. I thought the 80 hours for the sick leave was cumulative and not consecutive?

Hey @NEWLLC , it's 2 weeks (or 10 days) up to 80 hours per employee. This means that you can't continue to bank hours for longer than two weeks.

For more info on this, you can find it under Question #9 on the Department of Labor website.
