Duplicate income

When a customer pays an invoice with Paypal it shows in the overall transactions as "Income" Then when I linked my bank account, the transfers I manually made from my paypal account to my bank account also show as "income" so I'm getting numerous duplicate "incomes" which is throwing everything off. I've just about decided to just unlink my bank account from the program, but thought I'd check here as a last ditch effort to solve this. Thank you for your help.
