We use Google Chrome like usual to open.
Also we delete all the cache n cookie. But still it cant.
I click the product but it wont be display and back to the word " add an item.

@Lien Hey thanks for some of that context. Are you able to provide a screenshot of what happens when you try to add an item? If you can provide the DevTools in the screenshot as well, that would be great. As always, feel free to remove any personal information before posting the screenshot!
