Added Flexibility for Payroll

As a small seasonal business owner, I need payroll to be flexible, robust, and ready on the go. That means changing payroll frequency, starting and stopping payroll as needed. And of course has to be simple with no waiting in a queue or going through a prolonged set up.

It seems like the current industry payroll model is established by ADP, but I'm guessing that model is becoming outdated as more and more people need to pay other people as temporary employees, contractors and gig employees is becoming more of the norm.

In other words, I'm looking for the Robinhood (investing app) of payroll software not the ADP version. Ready when, where, and how it is needed, that can remit and compute taxes as needed with summary reports and options.
