Receipts stuck in Processing

I'm having the same problem cookiesbylani had on 22 March. Receipts are stuck in processing - please help! Thanks.

    Hi @Therese.

    I checked things out in our system and you don't seem to have any receipts stuck in processing. Can you confirm that for me?

    Sometimes, it can just take a few hours to, rarely, a few days.

    Hi Alexia, you are right - they seem to have "unstuck" themselves. We were able to process them again today. Thanks for looking into the problem. Regards.
