Wave says "Paid out" as of today but my bank does not show a deposit.

And no one has yet responded to my support request from this morning.

Should I be looking around for another platform???

    Hey @amy_e_brown,

    I've just had a look at the payment in question, and it is showing up as being deposited successfully. However, I am going to suggest that we continue addressing this issue through a less public channel, due to the sensitivity of some of the information involved. I'll reach out to you via email about this now so we can get this solved for you. Keep an eye out! :smile:
