Unable to change banking details for payouts?

Receiving the following message: "Could not update business information in current state."

No idea what this means, please advise?

    Hi @Thearlybird52.

    I see that you've already been in contact with our support team this morning. I've reached out and they will be following up with you by email as soon as possible.

    Generally, it means that there's something pending linked to that account, making it so it can't be changed because it's still trying to process a transaction.

    Hi,
    I wanted to add my new business bank account and the help suggested clicking on the ‘payout’ tab in settings, well that tab doesn’t exist on my page!? How can I do this if I don’t have that link please ?

    Hi @JJs_Worksh0p! Thanks for reaching out. Are you trying to add a business bank account to receive payouts into? If so, are you using Stripe account to process payments? You should be able to update your account by going to: Sales > Credit Card payments > go to Stripe account and updating within your account!
