Bank Account is showing more in the account than what there actually is

After the update it seems like the bank account was not connecting for a long time, now its connected, but its showing a balance of 21, 000 in my account as opposed to the actual amount of 9, 000 . This is messing up my reports as it's reporting more than whats actual there. I have checked the reconciliation and it seems to be good. Any direction as to what to do will help!

    Hey @CheerForceJets! I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're seeing with those account balances. Can you take a screenshot of what that looks like and post it here so I can get a better understanding of what's going on?
