Error Uploading Receipts

Hi. I am new to the forum and not sure where to ask this questions. Sometimes when I try to upload a receipt on the web, I get an error: "Error Uploading Receipt". This happens randomly. The receipt that I am using is a downloaded PDF from my cellphone provider. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Hey @JMDesign! Definitely a bit of a strange one. Do you only get errors for receipts of this type, from your cellphone provider?

    Yes. Only the pdf from my cell phone provider. Right after getting the error, I uploaded a different pdf and it went through no problem. I tried uploading the pdf receipt via email, but no luck either.

    @JMDesign Super strange. Are there any discernible differences between the PDF you're getting from your phone provider, and the ones that you've successfully been able to upload? I'm wondering if there is some kind of breakdown in the way that the PDF is formatted that would be causing an error here.
