Wave doesn't have quantity tracking for inventory, as we're a finance management software rather than an inventory, project, or time management software. If you want to track inventory in Wave, this Help Centre article is a great resource. Then, once you track the monetary value of your units (rather than tracking the units), you can head to Reports > Account Transactions and filter to the specific inventory account to see how much was sold (in currency, not units)!
