wave connect upload journal

I try to keep a journal or upload a journal. I have passed all the steps until step 3. I have several businesses, and I have chosen the right business. when I click the upload journal button, there is a sign of a process / upload, but it stops there. no notifications. when I check in the wave also there has been no change.
