Unable to select accounts in REPORT - ACCOUNTS TRANSACTION

Dear Wave,

Do you have ever have the same problem that I encountered ?
I am unable to select "Account" ( Red circle from the picture attachment ), Thus the report generate "An error has occurred.".

Please advice anyone.

    Whenever I tried to select the account tab, it always comes up Empty.

    Hi @FORTE.

    There are two things I'd like you to try. First, occasionally, the Chart of Accounts doesn't populate right. There's an easy fix if that's the case. Go to your Chart of Accounts page, under Accounting, and make sure your accounts appear. If they don't, try refreshing the page.

    If that doesn't do the trick, try clearing the cache for your browser. If you aren't using Chrome or Firefox, I'd also recommend trying to use one of those two. They tend to be the most stable options. Let me know if that works!

    Dear Alexia, Thank you for your respond.

    I have tried as per your instruction:
    1. Change to Firefox
    2. Refresh my Chart of Account page

    I have done both of them but the problem still persist.
    Please Advice, if you have any other trick.

    Hi @FORTE.

    Could you give me a screenshot of your Chart of Accounts? I'll dig in deeper on my end and see what else I can suggest.
