Invitation email for collaborator does not deliver

Hi!
I have several businesses on waveapps. Once I have added collaborator to one of my businesses - and it was ok. Second time I tried to add collaborator to other business - and no email to her was coming.
My email: local.development@ius.lviv.ua
Email of collaborator: accountant@ius.lviv.ua

    I had that problem once! Have them add mailer@waveapps.com to their contacts, remove them as collaborator and try adding them again. It's probably just your email provider blocking waveapps.
