Statement upload not processing correctly

Good afternoon, I have uploaded a recent bank statement to transactions so I can prepare for tax. I first off downloaded statement from bank in .cvv form then uploaded to Wave... the figures/amount for transactions came through in the trillions of $.... if only it were real.. haha! So, I left it for a bit as the app said "Your transactions are being imported from your bank statement. Please check back in a few minutes". Couple of hours went by and still not corrected so I deleted those transactions and then uploaded in .qbo form and same thing happened.... will this correct or what? Thanks, Annie

This might have something to do with the potential formatting of your value that you enter in the amount section. In order for us to diagnose this we might need a bit more info or potentially a screenshot of what this looks like on your CSV. Could you kindly share with us a screenshot of what the amount looks like? What is the currency of the value as well?
