Unable to add payment information

I'm trying to set up an automatic recurring invoice but it's not allowing me to enter the credit card information.
If I click into the customer details, payment information, there's no option to enter credit card details (see attached image).
If I try to set up the first invoice, nothing pops up for me to enter the card details.
How do I get paid??
