Is there a way to mention the unit of measure of my sales item. I need to include the unit in my Qty to say something like 50MT(Metric Tonnes). Pls advice

Hey @Sho! Great question here. In Wave, you have the ability to change the column titles from within Settings > Invoice Customization. If you scroll down on that page, you can see where you can edit those titles, and even enter your own!
