Hi, I received a payment 8 days ago and have yet received the money. Can anyone call me to explain what’s going on? I wrote through email to be helped and no one got to me

Hey @Jestrada! Thanks for reaching out here. I do see that you had opened up a ticket with our Support Team with an inquiry around your payment. From what I can see, they have given you a response, and these funds should be in your account at this point.
