Account seems to have been reset - no invoices anymore

Hi all
I logged on to send my monthly invoice out as I have done for the past few months and my account now shows a purchases link only, and all my past invoices seem to have disappeared.
What have I done wrong and how do I get my past invoices and company details back again.

Hey @LivingitupCT! Thanks for reaching out here. Recently we had seen an error in the system where historical invoicing data was not appearing in accounts. Is this something that you are still seeing, or has the situation since been rectified? Looking forward to helping out here!
