Client does not qualify for payroll direct deposit

Hello,
Our client who uses wave and wanted to start using the direct deposit feature, was denied and the note back from wave said that he did not qualify because of the past financial history on wave?
This client is new to us but we have never seen this before?
Any suggestions?

Unfortunately our accounts management team makes the decision on whether or not a business can process their payments. I do apologize that your client was denied, however once a decision is made they don't usually review an account for some time (often 6 months to a year).
