No payment option

I need help! I registered a few bills but when I click on the right hand arrow of any of them, I don't get any options at all. I can't enter payments to my bills. I tried using Google Chrome and Edge. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

@Aqualuna are you a collaborator? My partner was having the same problem a little while back. If that's the case, just have the business owner change your permission down to "view and edit". Fixed it for us.
Hi @Isabel Ro ! Actually, I am a collaborator and the business owner gave me all the permissions. I will tell him to change it as you suggest to see if it works. Thank you for your comment!
