Account Receivable Doesn't Tally

Hi all, I'm a newbie in accounting, still learning all the account terms. I'm currently having a problem when generating the "Balance Sheet" report.

In the balance sheet report, it shows that I have account receivable of -$100, but when I clicked on the link, to check the details, it shows I have balance of $500 instead. See attached screenshot.


Could somebody helped me on this? Did I do something wrong on the settings? Appreciate your help

    Hey @Dax! It looks like what was causing this was a little bit of finnicky information in our back end, that we call a 'bad state'. I've fixed that up now, it should be all sorted within 45 mins!
