HOW TO MANUALLY COMPUTE AUTO-GENERATED FEDERAL TAX AND PROVINCIAL TAX?

I'm a little bit anxious as one of the employee had 0 provincial tax and federal tax compared to another employee with smaller salary/wage this cut-off. Can you tell me how to manually compute federal tax and provincial tax if ever to check the amounts in the wave?
