Client control for automatic payments

What control does the client have over automatic payments? Can they turn it off? Can they change card numbers or update expiration dates?

    Hey @JohnHorning! Thanks for reaching out here. In order for your customer to update the information that is saved for automatic payments, they'd either need to send you the updated information, or you would need to send them a new recurring invoice wherein they could save new details for automatic payments moving forwards.

    I am a wave customer who previously authorized an automatic charge to credit card. Is there any way I can disable these automatic charges without contacting the vendor to do it for me?

    Hey @angry_customer !

    If you are unable to reach out to the business owner to have your automatic credit card payments halted, you can also reach out to your credit card company to action the halt. I hope this helps!
