Can't removed bank account due to payouts

We change our Wells Fargo password so Wave had to reconnect. The connect wizard says something is wrong with the username so it wants us to remove the account from Wave and start over.

This sounds like it would break a lot of our accounting. And I can't do it anyway due to payouts to one of the WF accounts.

What are my options? Other than Quickbooks,,,

    Hey there @DavidHubbard

    First you'll need to manually move your payout account to a manual connection. Head to Settings (bottom left corner) > Payouts > Here you should be able to update your bank credentials. Enter in 0000 (or any dummy account info) then you should see the option to "Use your bank routing and account numbers". Enter your bank credentials in manually to continue to receive payments on your invoices.

    No you should be able to delete your bank connection and reconnect your account, it will give you an option to edit the transactions import date. You can select the latest successfully imported transaction date so as not to duplicate your transactions.
