i get this error when i try to create a new invoice on wave

    please i need a fix to this error message, a new account i created weeks ago is working fine, but the older one is giving this error

    Hey there @Dolapo

    Is this happening for every invoice or just the one associated with that customer? Can you test creating a new invoice for other customers? It may be that there is an issue with your customer profile that needs some attention. Any screenshots or additional information will help us understand a bit more.

    Are you trying to create the customer from the invoice? If so can you try heading to Sales > Customers > Create your customer here then make the invoice and select that existing customer.
